25 years of equipment, training, and support — from people who've done the work.

Locator Guys is the equipment side of C&S Solutions, a factory-authorized dealer for the utility locating, inspection, and excavation-support brands professionals already trust. We're based in Harrison, Ohio, with hands-on sales, training, and repair services — and we ship nationwide.

Built by field professionals, for field professionals

Steve Beale founded C&S Solutions in 2001 after more than 35 years in underground utility locating, municipal utility work, and field service. He started as a small regional supplier to Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan contractors and utility crews. Twenty-five years later, that same field-first approach still runs the company: we don't just sell equipment, we've used it — which shapes every recommendation, every training session, and every repair that comes through our shop.

What We sell and service

Factory-authorized service

We're the regional authorized service partner for Radiodetection, RIDGID, Aries, Pearpoint, Insight Vision, and Hathorn. Genuine parts, manufacturer-trained technicians, real warranty coverage.

Free hands-on training

Onsite, virtual, or in our Harrison, Ohio training center, included with every system — so a crew with rotating or new operators can run it confidently from day one, not just turn it on.

In-house repair with a loaner program

A locator or camera down doesn't have to mean a job on hold. Send it in, and a loaner keeps your crew working while it's serviced.

Field-experienced sales team

Our sales staff are former locators with 50+ years of combined field experience. We've used what we sell.

24/7 on-call support

Real people, real phone numbers — including the 6 a.m. call before a dig goes sideways.

Regional roots, national reach

Hands-on sales and service across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, with equipment shipped nationwide.
