Getting your equipment fixed
1. Tell us what is wrong. Call Jeff or fill out the online repair form. We will send you a UPS shipping label, and we can ship you a box if you need one.
2. Send it in. Include a copy of the repair form with your shipment. Local pickup is available within 100 miles of our repair center.
3. Get a quote first. We diagnose the problem and email or fax you a repair quote before we touch the equipment.
4. We repair it. Factory-authorized technicians repair your equipment with quality OEM parts, usually faster and at a lower hourly rate than the manufacturer.
5. Back in the field. Your repair is covered by a 90-day warranty. If we sold you the equipment, ask about a loaner so your crew keeps working while yours is out.
