Our experienced team will not leave your work site or location until your technicians are fully trained and feel comfortable using the equipment. We will also provide your staff with additional, free, on-site training once a year to make sure you are completely satisfied with the utility locator equipment you have purchased.
In addition, we offer free on-site demonstrations of products as well as free customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and free loaners when your equipment is being serviced. We offer our customers, customer service at its best.
How to choose
The right Hathorn system depends on the job and the budget, not on brand or price alone. A few things to weigh:
Budget and features. The H2 is built for straightforward, budget-conscious jobs without a recording option. The H7 and H12+ add recording, screen shots, and extended runtime.
Screen visibility. Working in direct sunlight calls for the H12+'s high-brightness display.
Cable length and reach. Match your reel and cable length to how far you need to push into a line.
Wi-Fi and mobile viewing. If you want to stream and share video from your phone on site, choose a Reels +WiFi system.
Camera head type. Self-leveling or straight-view DuraCAM heads are available across most systems, so pick based on the pipe conditions you work in most.
